No. Enrollment is just their mobile number at the POS or online checkout. Points accrue automatically with every dollar spent. Less friction = more enrollment.
When they hit a tier (e.g. 500 pts), the gift card is issued automatically to their account and balance shows up in the POS, online checkout, and kiosk. They can also request a physical gift card be printed and mailed.
Yes. Default is 10 points per dollar with gift card tiers at 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 points. You can change both numbers and add new tiers — we give you the math in the dashboard so you always know the program's cost as a % of sales.
Supported. Points can be shared across all locations (brand-wide) or scoped per-location depending on your structure.
Loyalty is always-on (every dollar earns). Custom Offers are event-driven ("spend $50 get 15% off"). They stack: a guest can redeem loyalty gift cards AND a custom offer on the same order.
